Helle Nøhr Larsen er partner og advokat (H) hos Sirius Advokater med over 25 års inden for arbejds- og ansættelsesret - både inden for det private, internationale og det offentlige. Dette vedrører, både inden for individuel og kollektiv arbejdsret, bl.a. konfliktløsning, retssager, voldgiftssager, overenskomst forhandlinger m.m. Ligeledes sidder Helle også i flere bestyrelser, bl.a. er hun medlem af Dansk Forening for Arbejdsret og bestyrelsesmedlem i foreningen Ansættelsesadvokater, som hun også er medstifter af. Derudover har Helle også stor erfaring i undervisning inden for i arbejds- og ansættelsesretlige problemstillinger, hvor hun bl.a. også har undervist på CBS.
